15 air squats
15 kipping swings
15 push-ups
200m run

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

Partner WOD

4 minute AMRAP of each movement:

1. wall sit with 25# plate/air squats
2. back plank/ab mats
3. static hold chin above bar/pull-ups
4. plank/push-ups

Partner 1 does the static hold while Partner 2 does the work.

When Partner 1 has to rest, Partner 2 stops working.

After 16 minutes, switch. Partner 2 does the static hold while Partner 1 does the work.
