CrossFit Boro – CrossFit

Today we are building work capacity with some loaded overhead carries and weighted lunges. We’re also challenging our balance and coordination by lifting an object form the floor while balancing on only one leg. These movements are also extremely rehabilitative so if you have achey joints or troublesome areas, be sure to make it to class! Happy Hump Day!

12 Single-Leg KB RDL, Left

50-ft Single-Arm KB Waiter Carry

50-ft Single-Arm KB Front Rack Lunge

Must use same KB for each movement
