CrossFit Boro – CrossFit

Last time we did this workout, it poured down raining most of the day (May 17, 2018). This time we’re doing it in the cold. A relatively new benchmark workout from CrossFit, Triple 3 combines three cardio elements into one long, tiring workout. You’ll warm-up plenty with the row and jump rope before the run, so don’t worry about being cold outside. Happy cardio! 🙂
