BENCH DAYYY!!! We’re pulling the ole benches out to press heavy loads off our chest. ***Ladies, there’s a stigma surrounding women doing bench press – but this movement is functional for HUMANS, men and women alike. So show up.
This workout is going to burn… But in a good way. The swings and burpees are sure to help you burn lots of calories both during the workout and for hours after.
A: Bench Press (7×3, increasing each set)
Rest 75-sec between sets
B: Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)
