Today’s workout is a simple one. But keep in mind, simple does not mean easy. The weight of the Power Cleans is heavy as prescribed, and should still be relatively heavy as scaled. You can expect to do one rep at a time with a few seconds of rest between reps. The row should be a hard 85-90% effort. Executing at this pace should allow for you to finish within the time cap. Let’s get it!
