CrossFit Boro – CrossFit

Did you know that all bodyweight movements in CrossFit are considered Gymnastics? The one movement that tip-toes the line is the Burpee because while it’s used as a cardio element, it also develops body and spacial awareness as all good gymnastics movement patterns do. Luckily today we won’t be doing burpees, but the workout has a few other Gymnastics movements for us to train. As we await the opening of our kick@$$ new facility, we’ll be getting fit with little to no equipment! I love doing workouts like this one because it reminds me of how little is necessary to acquire and maintain a high level of fitness. Let’s do it!
