CrossFit Boro – CrossFit

Okay, guys! We are working hard to open up at the new location on Friday to finish off the week in CrossFit Boro 3.0! In the mean time and in between time, find something around your house or in your garage that you feel safe jumping over and something that you can hold in both hands for Russian Twists. This can be one object for both movements or two different objects… whatever works! Take a picture of the object(s) or a video of yourself doing the workout and post to the Facebook group 🙂
