Finally! We get to rendezvous in the best CrossFit box in Georgia! Come to class at 12:15 or later* to get a great workout and to take a tour of where you’ll be working on your fitness for years to come. Today’s workout involves some classic CrossFit movements and we are doing them “Fight Gone Bad” style. You’ll do as many reps as you can in one minute of each movement before resting 1 minute and starting the next round. Your score will be total reps. Leggo!!!

*We will not be open for the 5:30, 6:15 or 8:15 classes due to an inspection not taking place until 11am.
