CrossFit Boro – CrossFit

A new Monday and a new week in a brand-spanking-new box! So much new! Classes and Open Gym are resuming as usual. Can’t wait to see you and show you around your new fitness home!

Today’s workout is a fun one! Low-rep Double Unders, light-weight snatches, and Burpees. We’ll be working for 6 minutes at a time, which isn’t SUPER short but it’s not very long, either, so you wanna push yourself to 85-90% through the entire 6 minutes. Since there’s not a whole lot of time to waste, be sure that you can do the double under in 2-3 sets or less. If not, talk to your coach about scaling back the reps. Or, as always, you can triple the amount and do Single Unders. Whatever will keep you moving and progressing. As for the snatches, unbroken is not the goal but these should also be knocked out in 2-3 sets AT MOST. So pick a weight light enough to make that happen. Burpees are burpees. Do your best!
