CrossFit Boro – CrossFit

We are (re-)testing Cindy today! One of the first ever benchmark workouts in CrossFit, it is a test of your endurance and stamina in our most fundamental gymnastics movements. This workout is also how many people choose to execute the reps in the Memorial Day WOD, “Murph”. If you plan on wearing a vest this year, wear it today to get your body ready for May 27. The last time we did this workout was on October 25, 2018 so it’s been just over 6 months for those of you who attended class that day. Let’s see if your fitness has progressed in that time!
