Some of you may have heard of Ben Bergeron. He’s a renowned CrossFit trainer and personally coaches (or has coached) Games athletes, such as Katrin Davidsdottir, Mat Fraser, Cole Sager, Brooke Wells, and many others. He developed a Bulletproof Shoulder routine and today, we’re gonna knock it out. It’ll help you ‘own’ your shoulder mobility by strengthening and stabilizing the joint. Which is a good thing because today’s WOD is very shoulder-intensive with C2B pull-ups and burpees. These are high-rep sets so be sure to break early on the C2B if need be and find a moderate, sustainable pace on the burpees till the round of 15 or so before you turn up. Leggo!
