Today’s workout is not for the Faint of Heart. It’s a gutsy one. But I believe in all of you to show up and show out!
We are working on some weightlifting (Thrusters), gymnastics (Pull-Ups and Toes to Bar), and monostructural conditioning (Running). The weight of the Thrusters should allow you to do the 21 reps in 2-3 sets. Any more than that and the weight is too heavy. The pull-ups and toes to bar should each be completed in 1-1:30 minutes, so implement whatever strategy or scales that will allow you to stay within that timeframe. If your 400m run takes longer than 3 minutes, consider shaving off 100-200m. Let’s crush it!!!
