Welcome, visitors!

It’s Community Day at CrossFit Boro and we wanted to give you a glimpse into what a normal day in the box might look like. We are kicking things off with some upper body work that involves some pulling and pressing, as well as some unilateral and bilateral work. These exercises will challenge your shoulders from every angle, making it stronger and more durable.

We finish the day with a little bit of cardio mixed in with some core work. This workout should be fast-paced through all 3 rounds, breaking as few times as possible on any of the movements. Have fun!
