On the agenda today, we have a 15-minute “bulletproof” section that will help to warm-up and mobilize your hips and shoulders before tackling today’s metcon, which is a tough one! With the same number of reps as the classic benchmark Fran (but without the descending rep scheme), a heavier bar, and more advanced pull-ups, this one is sure to be a challenge. The thrusters are HEAVY. but should be done in sets of 3-5 reps at a time. Same goes for the C2B. It would be best if these were done in sets of multiple reps rather than one at a time. Shoot for sub 5 minutes per round. Let’s get it done!
