CrossFit Boro – CrossFit

Happy Monday, everyone! In case you didn’t hear… CrossFit Boro had a team compete in the Bragging Rights competition hosted by CrossFit Steadfast in Savannah this past weekend. The team was made up by myself (Coach Alex), Coach Christina, Coach Josh, and Joseph Vanmeter, and we earned second place! Thanks to all who came out to support us, kept up on Facebook and wished us luck!

Today’s workout is gymnast-y. We’ll be training our strict HSPU (kipping IS an option today but will not be considered Rx), toes-to-bar, and box jumps. The rep count is relatively low per round. The goal is to do the sets unbroken or as close to as possible, for as long as possible. See ya on the gym floor!
