CrossFit Boro – CrossFit

This is a helluva workout. One of the biggest movements in CrossFit (as in amount of work done per one rep) – the Squat Clean Thruster. We’ve picked a heavy load and a low rep scheme to give you guys a good shot at going HEAVY for YOU. Then we mixed in some burpees to keep you breathing heavy and sprinkled in a few Rope Climbs to encourage you to steadily chip away at the ten rounds. You won’t have to Rope Climb on the “3,2,1, Go!” so get as much done as you can in those first three minutes before you’re having to head back to the ropes or rings every 3 minutes. Good luck!
