I hope you guys had a fantastic weekend. I’m looking forward to another week of us working together to become better versions of ourselves.
And today’s WOD will do just that. Make you better. Physically and, hopefully, mentally. It will be a test of mental fortitude. It will be a gut check. The work may take close to a full minute – that’s expected. You’ll need to be transitioning quickly on and off the rower to complete the majority of these 30 minutes. Let’s get after it!
