Ooooo wee! Quite the combo today. Cleans and Dubs. A classic CrossFit couplet. While you’ll notice the reps decrease as you go, the weight of the cleans increase. Not only that but you’ll have to be able to work from the hang as well as from the floor at the same load in each section. The starting weight is meant to be moderate (but could probably be done in multiple-rep sets) and get heavier (switching to singles) for the middle and final weights. That means even if you can’t complete the Rx weight, you should go moderate to heavy for YOU. Double Unders can be reduced or substituted for Single Unders at triple the amount. Leggo!
