It’s almost Friday!

Today’s workout is what we call a triplet because it’s comprised of three movements. Rowing, DB Snatches, and Strict HSPUs. The Row should take just over a minute to complete. The DB Snatches should be done unbroken or very near to it. Maybe 9-7. If that’s pretty heavy for you, consider scaling it back. Or fight through it but just know you’ll need to make up time at the HSPU. These are Strict and Strict only today. You can use as much as an AbMat and a 45# plate to scale the range of motion. Otherwise, we’ll scale with 4 Negatives or 8 Pike/Box HSPU.
