Snatches, Squats, and Burpees… Oh my! We have a classic barbell triplet today, spaced apart into five 3-minute AMRAPs. The Power Snatches should be moderately heavy. It is not necessary to be able to do these unbroken or touch-n-go, but you should be able to knock out three singles quickly at the weight you choose. The Front Squats will feel relatively light in comparison to the snatches. With only three minutes to work at a time, you should be transitioning from movement to movement and round to round quickly. There’s no time to rest – that’s what the 1-minute rests are for! Go hard!
