We have some great cardio movements with a workout structure that will allow you the flexibility to go as hard or as easy as you’d like. If you’re beat up and want to be ready to go tomorrow, consider this an active recovery day and maintain a 60-70% effort throughout the 6 rounds. If you wanna breathe heavy and sweat profusely – go at it!! Either way, you can make this day exactly what you need!
