Today is all about the Phospagen Engine. It’s the motor in our body responsible for short bursts of high power output like maximal effort lifts and sprinting. Hence, we are maxing out our Deadlifts today then pedalling for our lives afterward. Be sure to record your Deadlift load as we will use it in the coming weeks to prescribe working percentages.
