This WOD may be my favorite of the week because it has movements I love- C&J, T2B, and yes…burpees! The C&J weight is intended to be moderate, but not heavy. You should do both sets of ten reps per round in 2-3 (at most 4 sets). We are working on our barbell cycling and stamina today so hang onto the bar! And be sure you pick a weight that allows you to do so. Leggo!
