Ho, Ho, Ho! Here it is! The 12 Days of Christmas WOD, CrossFit Boro-style!

Today, we’ll be doing a little bit of everything. If you haven’t had the pleasure of doing this workout yet, you may have heard rumors about how awesomely awful it is. And that’s because there’s more to it than meets the eye. Rather than doing the work straight through as it’s written, you’ll complete it like the song. You’ll do 1 HSPU, then 2 Power Cleans + 1 HSPU, then 3 BF Burpees + 2 Power Cleans + 1 HSPU, then 4 + 3 + 2 + 1, etc. Like I said last year – to give you some perspective, you’re halfway through the reps after the round that starts with 9 Pull-Ups! Have fun!!!
