It’s deload day for the Deadlift cycle! We’re going to hi 3 sets of 5 reps across the board! No max rep set on the last one as we have been because the weight is meant to be light.

As our final workout for 2019, we will pay tribute to the date with some of our biggest movements – Man Makers, Clean and Jerks, and Devil’s Presses. Each are about getting up from the floor and standing tall in triumph. Over and over again. The Clean & Jerks can be done in quick singles, but it may be worth getting a few bigger sets in at the beginning while you’re still relatively fresh. Cheers to a great year!!!
