So you’re interested in checking out CrossFit Boro?

It’s easy to get started. Fill out the form on this page and we will get right back to you about starting your training.

To get started, you will need to set up a No Sweat Intro with one of our coaches. Don’t be intimidated, we like to get to know all of our prospective clients before we start training. During your intro you will tell us about your health and fitness goals and we will also answer any questions you might have. We will tell you about CrossFit Boro or the CrossFit methodology, our prices and schedule, but most important of all the way WE train people and the ins and outs of the average day of training. Please schedule your No Sweat Intro at the bottom of this page.

As with all new members, you are more than welcome to schedule a one-on-one session below to discuss some of your goals as well as your CrossFit experience.

If you are a CrossFitter and want to drop in and train, please email us ( to give us a heads-up. You will need to come 10 minutes early to fill out a waiver.

We have 2 options for payment for drop-ins:

  • $15 per session
  • Buy a CrossFit Boro shirt or tank for $20

**For periods longer than a couple of days drop in fees are negotiable
