Group classes are designed for community. All of our classes are coached by highly qualified instructors. We strive to maintain a 7 to 1 athlete to instructor ratio.
Our Kids program teaches not only basic physical skills but also social skills and confidence. Children learn Foundational movements like the squat, push-ups, pull-ups, climbing, jumping, and elementary gymnastic movements.
1-on-1 / Small Group Training
Personal (1-on-1) and small group training gives you the opportunity to address your strengths, weaknesses, and goals closely with your trainer without any added distractions. Your trainer will help you develop and build habits that you’ll keep for life.
Performance coaching is completely individualized goal setting and plan development from a functional behavioral analysis perspective. Performance coaching is also continuous, one-on-one accountability to keep you on track to reach your goal. Your performance coach will design a plan that meets your needs and lifestyle including specific actions for you to take toward your goal. Your performance coach will also help you to overcome obstacles and manage barriers to your success.
