Boro Kids teaches not only basic physical skills but also social skills and confidence. Children learn Foundational movements like the squat, push-ups, pull-ups, climbing, jumping, and elementary gymnastic movements.
1-on-1 / Small Group Training
Personal (1-on-1) and small group training gives you the opportunity to address your strengths, weaknesses, and goals closely with your trainer without any added distractions. Your trainer will help you develop and build habits that you’ll keep for life.
